National wear red day. Also known as go red for women.

National Wear Red Day is not a national holiday but Its an observance. It's observance this year is Fri, Feb 1, 2019. National wear red day is always celebrated on the first Friday of February. Both Men and women are encouraged to wear red as a symbol of their support of women’s heart health.

The goal of this day is to bring observance to and eradicated stroke and heart disease. Help us spread the word and let everyone know to wear your red shirts. If you are local there is still time for us to print you some red custom t-shirts.
