How a t-shirt is made is something you probably haven't given too much thought about. In this post, we are going to share with you a quick 5 part series of how the cotton t-shirt is made.

Browsing on facebook, I ran across a very interesting video. It explained the process that occurs when creating a t-shirt. The video below explains how America is one of the biggest cotton exporters.

As you may know our company "NeedTshirtsNow ^TM " is located in Fayetteville North Carolina.  I regularly pass cotton fields at least once a week. Knowing that this one farm in the video produces enough cotton to create millions of shirts a year is amazing.

I know there are other ways to create a t-shirt using different ingredients, such a silk, polyester and more but this video series doesn't mention them so I will go further into detail with different ingredients in a later post.
