All Sales are FINAL. Images on this site are not 100% accurate. The brand of the shirt will depend on our inventory unless you choose a specific product that is available. Then you will get that product unless it says or similar. In the event we have none in stock we will use similar.
There may be slight color differences. Pictures that are applied to garments usually print darker than what is on your computer screen, so you will need to adjust your photo before purchasing. Especially if your photo has shadows or shaded areas. We have the option to order a Swatch test shirt. You can order 1 for Dark and 1 for white. This can help you get more accurate colors when designing in photoshop. Learn more about preparing your artwork here.
There may be discoloration due to the heat press and pretreatment. Our T-shirt printing process is not perfect nor do we claim it to be.
There is also a pretreatment spray that is used on all dark shirt Printing and some Light shirts. Pretreatment is a necessity for dark shirt printing. The pretreatment may be visible with a starch like look and feel.
There are NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS on any Custom Made Items. There are NO Cancellations after payment for any custom Items due to our printing process.
By purchasing, you agree that you have previously reviewed your artwork and it is indeed acceptable. Images are usually printed around 8-12 inches in size, but varies based on your design. We Can NOT add in anything you left out! Your design must be finished before purchasing. That means no images and no text can be changed after your order. T-shirt Printing Time frame
Starting October 1, 2020
Our T-Shirt Printing time frame Now takes 7 business days printing time unless you choose a rush order. Also, this time frame is depending on order size and stock availability. That does not include shipping time. If we do not meet this time frame you may qualify for Free Shipping. You may also request that your order is canceled if the order is not already printed by the 15 business day time frame. You will need to send us an email to check if your order is already printed and to request that it be canceled due the 15 business day Guarantee.
Monday - Friday are Normal business Days. Except for Holidays. Holidays may affect the working day before and/or after also.
If you choose the rush order option we must first agree that we can get your rush order in the time frame that you are asking. We ask that you please give us a call and verify first.
Your Artwork
We may display photos of the completed products on the internet including social media sites or in store. The purpose is to show examples of the work we have done. We will NOT claim or sell others your artwork. If you request NOT to have the t-shirts showed please click on this prefilled out email support@needtshirtsnow.com before purchasing.
Your Artwork must be print ready. We print your uploaded images as they are. If your images are low quality they will print with the same quality. We do not spell check or make any corrections to your design. If you need help with a design we have a service for graphic design.
Rush Orders
Rush orders are only guaranteed on printing time. We can not guarantee shipping time because we have no control over it. To be eligible for a rush order guarantee your artwork can NOT need any adjustments. You cannot select background removal to qualify for a guarantee.
The 1 Hour rush order option is not guaranteed for the Pickup option. This is because the 1-hour option is also for same day printing. It may actually take longer depending on how many shirts and designs etc.
You need to verify that you are eligible for 1-hour printing or same day printing via email. If you are picking up your shirt you are responsible for picking up the shirt within our pickup time frames. Sometimes our pickup timeframe may extend past normal but only at our discretion.
No refunds for rush orders can be given if you decide to pick up your shirt on another date or if your design needs any modifications or changes. We can not refund the rush order if the shipping carrier such as USPS or UPS delivers your packages late or on another date that was not expected. We have no control over shipping. Without a rush order, the normal order printing time would normally take 15 business days.
Normal Order Time Frame
Normal Order Printing Time Frame is 15 business days. This does not include the shipping method options. So if you do not choose a rush order printing fee at checkout then your order will get normal printing times.
Shipping
Shipping is Monday- Friday
Orders normally will be shipped when the order is Completed or the next business day after the order is completed. Order Printing time is different from shipping time. These are custom t-shirts so these are not shipped out right away. There is a printing time frame which is separate from the Shipping time frame.
The Priority mail 2-day and 1-day Express shipping are not Printing Timeframes. This time frame is for shipping only. That means after your order has been printed. Click this link to see our Normal Printing time frame
